The Partnership for Development Foundation is a non-governmental non-profit organization operating mainly in the field of education of children and youth.

The Partnership for Development Foundation is a non-governmental non-profit organisation operating mainly in the field of education of children and youth. In 2021, the Foundation organises daily VET education for over 200 students and employees over 40 teachers with various working hours. The main educational activity focuses on modern technologies: software development, the basics of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.

The Foundation also offers general education (INFOTECH High School) and primary (INFOTECH Primary School). An important area of the Foundation’s activity is also close cooperation with the community of local software companies. Thanks to this, we can ensure a continuous flow of knowledge from companies to the school. The cooperation is formalised in the form of the INFOTECH Podlasie Technology Cluster.
The Foundation also has experience in civic education. The Foundation is a member of a partner organisation implementing the Local Development Strategy under the LEADER program (CLLD - Community Lead Local Development) - Local Action Group - Puszcza Knyszyńska within and in the field of renewable energy sources.

Key staff

Katarzyna Kaczyńska
Director of INFOTECH schools, associated with education since 2003, initially as a teacher of entrepreneurship and economic subjects, then as deputy director in social schools. Co-founder of the Secondary School of the Białystok University of Technology, which she headed for two years. Currently, the director of the INFOTECH Programming Technical School, the INFOTECH High School and the Finnish Primary School. Also the co-creator and founder of these schools.
A passionate educational innovator, researcher and inquisitive observer of everyday life. Implementer and coordinator of many educational projects. She loves educational experiments and the young people she teaches. According to her, a good school is a place where a student likes to stay and develop. She adheres to the principle that a wise teacher is a person who interacts with the student, learns from him and allows him to influence the shape of education. He draws energy to act from contacts with people.

Karol Przybyszewski
Director of Software Development Education, many years of practical experience in the IT industry Associated with the IT industry for over 20 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science at the Białystok University of Technology, then worked professionally as a programmer, also abroad (5 years in Great Britain) . He ran a branch of an international company dealing in software development for clients from all over the world in Białystok. In 2018, he co-founded the Programming Technical School and actively supports students and teachers in the teaching process. Enthusiast of modern IT technologies, implements the program of teaching the basics of artificial intelligence in secondary schools at the technical secondary school. He is working on the development of the didactic process of learning issues related to the Internet of Things based on LoraWANtechnology.

Adam Kamiński
President of the Board of the Foundation, running the INFOTECH schools. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at UWB, he completed postgraduate studies in Knowledge Management and Data Science, MBA lecturer in administration, participant of the School for Leaders, managing director of the Infotech Technology Cluster. Operations Director of Lech sp.z o.o., infobroker at Incepton sp.z o.o. Coordinator of the Podlasie Industrial Park, president of LAG Puszcza Knyszyńska. Development Director of the Infotech Programming Technical School. President of the Foundation Board, has many years of experience in the implementation of EU projects supported under PHARE, SAPARD, ESF, EAFRD, ERDF. He specializes in implementing technological tools (AI, IoT, ML, DL, Big Data) in traditional branches of the economy. An expert in the field of closed economy management, a consultant in the field of regional development based on Industry 4.0
ERASMUS+
Our project aims at providing European educational environment with methodological and technological solutions to support schools and teachers in the tools that will help to eliminate or minimize the negative impact on students exposed to several years of remote education caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
In our international community of schools and educational companies we found a consortium which is implementing Erasmus+ project " European Recovery Strategies for Education after Covid 19".
Polish, Icelandic, Romanian and Italian schools are working on development of "DIGITAL BRIDGE", "BRIDGE OF INNOVATION", "BRIDGE OF SOCIAL INCLUSION" and "BRIDGE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP". Each of these bridges stands for separate strategy to support education.
Our mission is to build connections, BRIDGES which will join European actors of educational sector to support the development of students, parents, teachers and schools to cross the rapid river of Covid that jeopardized many years of European education.

Active board
The Partnership for Development Foundation, which is the body running the INFOTECH Programming Technical School, received funding in the amount of PLN 14,000.00 for the purchase of laptops with equipment enabling image and voice processing under the Government program for developing school infrastructure and the competences of students and teachers in the field of information and communication technologies for the years 2020-2024 - “Active blackboard”. The purchased equipment will have a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of remote education.

Vocational training of young people for the competitiveness of the Podlasie economy. Investment Priority: 10.4 Better align education and training systems with labor market needs, facilitate the transition from education to employment, and strengthen VET systems and their quality, including through skills forecasting mechanisms, curriculum adaptation and the design and development of learning systems through practical vocational training carried out in close cooperation with employer.

Better align education and training systems with labor market needs, facilitate the transition from education to employment, and strengthen VET systems and their quality, including through skills forecasting mechanisms, curriculum adaptation and the design and development of learning systems through practical vocational training carried out in close cooperation with employers. The projects include, inter alia, such activities as:
1) Professional internships for students and teachers,
2) Additional classes for students, e.g. (English, mathematics, programming, computer graphics, etc.)
3) Classes equalizing educational opportunities in subjects such as Polish programming language and English,
4) White and green school - away training,
5) Mentoring - classes that take into account the individual needs of students,
6) Cooperation with the Council of Entrepreneurs - meetups,
7) Training of Pedagogical Councils
8) Postgraduate studies for teachers.
Project value: 630 000 euro.

LGD The Local Action Group Knyszyńska Forest
The Local Action Group - Knyszyńska Forest has been implementing the Local Development Strategy since 2008 in the area inhabited by over 110,000 inhabitants. In the years 2009 - 2016, it implemented and supported 176 projects for the amount of EUR 2.8 million. In 2017-2021, the LAG implements the budget under the Agreement on the terms and methods of implementing the Community-Led Local Development Strategy at no. 00004-6933-UM1020004 / 15 with a value of 9.4 million euros. In the current programming period, over 146 projects have been implemented.<br/>

The cybersecure
The Partnership for Development Foundation received funding in a grant competition from the National Bank of Poland for the implementation of a project in the field of economic education and cybersecurity. The project is implemented in partnership with the Provincial Police Headquarters In Białystok. The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills in the field of safe use of financial instruments online and protection against cybercrime among 65 project participants during the project duration.
The project assumes implementation.
